The 28-year-old was impressive on his debut at the finals in Ghana’s thrilling 2-2 draw with Germany last Saturday in Fortaleza.
Dauda has been widely criticized for his dropped form in recent times due to his extensive bench warming role at South African club Orlando Pirates.
The ex AshantiGold shot-stopper however surprised many with his assured performance in the vital draw against the European giants in just his first World Cup game for the Black Stars.
Dauda who has never hidden his desire to quite Orlando Pirates in search of regular club football admits he wants to use the huge platform provided for by the World Cup to secure his next move.
“The World Cup is a big platform, if you play well at the World Cup, obviously teams will come looking,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.
“Even players who don’t get games at the World Cup secure moves to clubs so it tells you the huge effect of the World Cup.
“I am only looking to go where I can get regular playing time.”
Dauda is likely to start once more again when Ghana take on Portugal in their mist-win final Group G game of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil on Thursday.
